I am not from around here. The human species is alien to me, and I'm being totally serious. I can't relate. I wonder if there are any of my species out there. Actually, I'm from Earth. It's everyone else who doesn't belong here. I don't know where all these people came from, but I think most of them should go home.
Aside from that:
I love art and it is my passion. I am an artist and in school going after a business and marketing degree. I love Our Lady Peace and I'm kind of a fan-girl geek when it comes to The Transformers and Smallville. Well, anything Superman related. I have a (edit)7 year old little boy who is my little sidekick and my reason for living. We have been through rough waters, but we are under the protection of something powerful. Whatever it is, I am grateful.
Let me just add to this that I am a cautious person. I have a child and we have been through some scary stuff. I have to be extremely careful and I'm doing this against my own better judgement. PLEASE do not expect me to just instantly trust anyone and if I am not ready to supply you with my phone number immediately, don't get upset and tell me I'm not real. Patience is key and I don't tolerate being bullied.

First Date
I think I would just want to meet for coffee or lunch, initially, including kids if he has any and definitely my son. I haven't dated for a couple of years, so I don't need anything spectacular right away. I just want to meet someone, have fun, do something involving another adult whom I have something in common with. I like movies, drinks, parks, anything.
