This isn’t your father’s Buick. Do you know this commercial? Then I would say I’m not your father’s 40+ year old and yes, the photo is current. I have proudly served my country and continue to live my life by the principles of Integrity First, Service before Self and Excellence in all you do that was sharpened during my career in the military.
Though I have changed my uniform for the more corporate attire, the adventure continues. I still love to travel, chasing excitement around the globe, and I’ll never turn down an opportunity to try something fun & new. For instance, last winter I tried skiing for the first time. Ok, I think I will be doing more of that this winter. I have a fantastic group of friends, close family back east and let’s just say my “happy hour” is often playing a pick-up game of basketball, or whipping up of some creative Hispanic, Asian or delicious Southern dishes for friends (haven’t checked a recipe since the early 90s).
Full disclosure: I’m learning about Zen in my martial arts training, enjoy human interest stories, love to laugh and I read the cheesiest self-help books. And I no kidding cry at the end of “Boyz ‘n’ the Hood” movie (Old School) everytime (hold me? :)
Besides, it’s not all about me. Every good team is made up of equal parts. So I’m looking for a woman who is cute, and is also up for adventures now and again - domestic or abroad.
If this sounds like you, then only one question remains: Are you in?
(If so, send me a message and we’ll chat…)
Let’s just say it would involve strapping you into a zip line, two labradoodles, some soy sauce, and a cherry red convertible with the top down.
Or we could start with coffee and a chat. Either way.
