I find that there are three things that bring people together. Passion in life - The idea, purpose of course of dedication that directs your life. Culture - music, movies, entertainment, your sense of humor, your people. Temperament - (Myers Briggs) the most basic form of compatibility. I believe in being an open book.... so if you have reading glasses (its a bit long) here I am in light of what brings people together.
Who am I?
I'm a field engineer for an electric transmission company here in Big Spring. Never married, laid back/chill. I'm pretty open to new cultures, religions, ways of life. Most of my time is occupied by work at the moment, but when I have free time I usually get to tinker with my projects, netflix a movie, xbox, I try to catch concerts when I can(love a good maush pit), work on cars, workout. I enjoy cooking for friends/family when I have the opportunity. I'll go for walks or jog on the mountain every now and then if I'm feeling too lazy or adventurous. I enjoy hanging out too, a good night sitting in or getting a cup of coffee somewhere, usually accompanied by a book of ideas or notes. I love to build and create its my passion in life. I would to love to be an inventor full time and run my own company. I did a lot that as a child and am only now really getting back into creating and developing my products and business ventures.
I'm a nerd, my people are the techs, engineers, scientists, inventors, gamers, hippies, punks, outcasts and adventurers of the world. I enjoy their company and conversations about life, philosophy, religion the way people orient themselves morally. These people make up my crew of friends, they are always there for me and I them. Not a big sports fan unless its something ridiculous like professional dodge ball, Xgames or something like swamp buggy racing. As far as music goes I'm not a big fan of country or rap, mostly just punk, hippie, grunge, alternative.
Music: System of a down, Beatles, Cake, Nirvana, Pennywise, P.U.S.A. , Vines, NOFX, White Stripes, Toadies, NOFX, Frank Sinatra, Dropkick Murphys, Flight of the concords, Stephen Lynch, Strokes, Bouncing Souls, Violent Femmes, Weezer, Tom Petty, The Doors,Tenacious D, MC Chris, classical jazz, Spanish guitar every now and then.

But to define my taste I used to watch the whole adult swim lineup, venture brothers, robot chicken, sealab, harvey birdman, family guy, discovery channel (loved planet earth), history channel, south park, TLC, Travel Channel, TED Talks, G4 ninja competitions, always sunny in philadelphia, scrubs, colbert/stewart news hr, boondocks, Louie C.K.

I got into the MBTI temperament after some management training at work. Its got a lot of research which in my case describes me well, check it out if you ever get bored or want to know yourself a little better.
I'm looking for someone like me. Someone I can share my projects with, someone I can laugh with, who gets my horrible...horrible jokes. Someone honest, intelligent equipped with an open mind. I tend to find most open minds free from religion. Perhaps punk/rocker/hippie/scientist? Race doesn't matter(equal opportunity lover) nor does height, someone motivated by goals or general success in life. Hopefully patient, logical, even tempered, laid back, adventurous, sweet, kind, someone who cares about their significant other as much as or more than themselves. Someone who doesn't say love after a set amount of time in a relationship, someone who knows what it means and searches their whole life for it.
Ummmmmm I know this doesn't leave a lot of room for questions so just hit me up if your like minded/interested. Just something to start a conversation.....like.....heeyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :) I kid, I kid.
