WARNING: If you are some sort of giant spider in female form, please stop reading now and do not message me. I am not interested in giant spiders, female form or no. You may think it's unfair to let one bad giant spider relationship ruin it for everyone, but that's just tough.
I like to read, watch movies, ride roller coasters, play video and boardgames as well as hit the gym. I also love me some roller derby.
I won't lie, I have some rough edges. I like crass, South Park style humor and some seriously bad movies. Like most men, I think farts are funny. But underneath the stereotypical world-weary cynicism I have a gooey core of cliched romanticism. I can't help my archetype.
I rock out at Rock Band. As my name suggests, I love Halloween. I sing loudly in my car to pass the traffic time. I am passionate about civil rights era history and why Battlestar Galactica started to suck after the 2nd season in equal measure.
To wit: Laugh and the world laughs with you; cry and you have the beginnings of an emo band.

Ideally, something with either drinks or physical activity to loosen us up a bit/give us a backdrop for conversation.
Which is why bowling is a top pick! Even when you suck at it, bowling is fun! Start somewhere neutral to make sure that you don't get a bad vibe/their mom isn't dropping them off/their picture isn't 10 years old/why are they wearing a bloody clown suit and then off to the lanes to roll some balls.
The above also applies for miniature golf, but not billiards. Pool takes forever and isn't fun when you suck at it. Believe me, I know.
