I'm a very easy go person. I have a hard time writing the fluffy feel good paragraphs these sites want, so I just used one of the question templates and answered the questions below. Life for the past decade has been a disaster and I am in the process of putting it back together. Still fighting the good fight, and not out of the woods yet. This makes dating a challenge, but I am tired of being lonely in the more intimate sense. If you can understand how someone can feel lonely in a room full of people who love you then you understand how I feel. I can be very outgoing, but get shy around someone if I like them so don't be shy and open the conversation if you find me interesting.
1. Talk about your hobbies.
I'm a Rennie/Playtron so I do a wide range of Ren Faire related activities. Also, an Irish musician playing bones and bodhran (both for pay and as a hobby), and photography (also pay and as a hobby).
2. Talk about your goals/aspirations
At the moment I don't have many goals. Been living in the moment trying to figure out what will succeed in this economy. Some things are in the works, but nothing written in stone till something shows promise.
3. Talk about yourself and what makes you unique.
What makes me unique? Well, I am a transcendental (don't try to save me, I already know better) who's also an ordained Wizard. Long time percussionist (drummer for the uninformed) doing mostly Celtic music on traditional instruments for the past few decades. My photography style is candid with an eye for pulling the best out of my subjects. I've been making my own absinthe for a number of years and have achieved a rather notable quality that rivals the best out of CZ.
What makes me a rare find is my more open view of life. It's not about me, but about all of us. My friends are my family. I not only hate the games people play, but refuse to participate. People are not tokens, or something to be won.
4. Your taste in music.
I'm an old school rocker, but for the most part I listen to folk, blues, jazz, fusion, and what is referred to as trad as well. I have little to no tolerance for hip hop, rap, the new thing they call heavy metal (old school counts as rock-n-roll), and Nashville based country. Techno is a mix bag for me. If it's too repetitive then it's just annoying even if I enjoyed how the tune started.
5. Looking for in a relationship.
I'm looking to date with no exceptions. It's called dating, not moving from relationship to relationship. I'm not saying no to a having a relationship, but I am not seeking one either. I watch so many friend move from relationship to relationship instead of dating and getting to know people and themselves.
