About Me
So where shall I begin? My two main goals in life are to not have any regrets and to make a positive impact on everyone I meet. Life is too short, so enjoy the ups and downs and bumps along the way.
My family is small and quite an ecclectic mix of lifestyles and experiences, but they have all made me for who I am today. I have a son who is the light of my life and such a blessing! He is turning into quite the athlete having played soccer, tennis, golf, and gymnastics. I know how fortunate I am in my life, and am thankful everyday.
There are no country music stations preset in my car, but I do listen to just about anything depending on my mood (rock, pop, rap, house, classical, Christian, ska, etc.)...not that I despise the genre of course.
I love sports especially college football and basketball (Texas A&M....are there other schools to cheer for?), and am torn (at times) between the Texans and the Cowboys.
Minus the extreme summer heat, I love to be outdoors playing golf, running, intramural sports (kickball, volleyball, soccer, flag football). It has been a while since I last went camping but up for an adventure.
Being with someone who cares about staying fit (not attracted to "a few extra pounds"), enjoys watching/playing sports (I can be a little forgiving here of course), eating healthy (yes I do indulge from time to time), has seen the inside of a kichen before (yes I can cook too), and can carry themselves gracefully in formal settings is important to me. And no matter what people say, physical attraction is a key component to a healthy long term relationship...you have to wake up next to the person the rest of your life, right? ;)
