Hi Everyone, I'm Matt.
Just your better than average Bostonian living in the Valley and looking for my match. Why else would i be here?
People tend to ask to describe myself with 5 traits and I always blurt out the same thing: Confident, Classy, Goofy, Kind hearted and Funny. I was raised with morals and class and learned to respect everyone, and feel I have done a great job in my short lifetime obeying that. I also like to be the guy that you want to bring home to mom and dad...seriously...try me!
I am goofy and love to joke around and become the life of the party, once I am comfortable. I am very family oriented and would love to meet someone that has strong family values and relationships with them. My parents and my younger sister live in AZ and my older brother and his kids live back in Boston.
I love all animals and have a 15 year old Cat and a 4 year old Shih Tzu puppy at home, yes still a puppy!! I love coming home to them after a long day. I wish I could open a shelter for animals so I can rescue more! If you are a hater/abuser of animals, dont bother talking to me please.
I am somewhat over the whole bar and club scene in this town. Been there, done that. I would much prefer a low key establishment, whether it being a sports bar, sporting event, wine bar, starbucks or even the laid back atmosphere of Barnes and Nobles.
I am a huge sports fan and always have to know how my teams are doing and unfortunately, when you grow up in a big sports city, you live for your sports teams. I am a proud member of Red Sox Nation and also follow the Miami Dolphins, Phoenix Suns and the Vancouver Canucks. I know, I have the 4 corners nearly covered!
My Match: I know who she is and what she has to offer me, but i havent found her yet. Is she reading this right now? I hope so... The more important traits I would like in a partner: Family oriented, down to earth, wholesome (very tough pickings in this city), funny, can be goofy, enjoys sports, isnt all about the clubs and getting drunk on weekends. Definitely an animal lover. I know its not much, but those little things can go a long way.
There will be updates throughout this process!
I would like to think i am a great catch for someone out there and am definitely the guy you are confident to bring home to mom and dad.
So say hi please....its well worth it.
Something low key--Starbucks, Barnes and nobles, lunch, a walk. Quiet spot where we can talk and get to know each other.
