I’m very happy, strong and confident person. I can be shy at first, but warm up quickly. I do believe I’m driven to be successful but not at the detriment to those I love. I love to read. My favorite author would probably be Stephen King. I do love to be scared, in writing or in movies. I’d probably pee my pants if someone gave me a good fright in person. (LOL. I thought about taking that line out, but ... he he, that statement is so me.) There have been plenty of scary movies I’ve had to watch parts through my fingers, but being scared is what makes it fun. Horror movies are probably my favorite genre; however, I do love to laugh, so I do enjoy comedies. Maybe once in a while I’ll pull a chick flick, but that’s a rare thing. I was really disappointed with Brides Maids. It was so overhyped, when I did finally break down and see it, I thought, this is it?
I enjoy wine tasting. My favorites are in Amador County. Every year we visit Story Winery and Sobon Estates. There are others that I like, but not as well as these two.
My iPOD holds the soundtrack to my life. You’ll find Nat King Cole, 80s Hair Bands, Old Country, Rock & Metal and everything you can imagine in between. I love music and really enjoy going to any kind of concert where I can sit and enjoy the music.
I love to camp, be out on the water. Summer is my time of year. I enjoy day trips to the mountains and to the Coast or any point in between. I’d like to say that I am spontaneous, but that would be a tale. I do try not to be so attached to itineraries and schedules, so maybe someone who is spontaneous can help me with that.
