Where to begin? I'm a 27 year old bachelor for life living in fabulous Ferndale. When people jokingly say "everyone I know is getting married or having kids. I'm just getting more awesome," I truly mean it. I don't care what society dictates as the time you should be married and having babies. I feel people that buy into that BS seem to settle for less than what they want, and rush it as well. If I meet my soulmate tomorrow, awesome! If I have to wait 20 years down the road, so be it. I'm having the time of my life, and don't want to be one of those people that constantly marry and divorce. If I put a ring on a girl, I want to make sure I got it right on the first try :)
I moved into my own house in Ferndale back in December 2012 after having lived in St. Clair Shores my entire life. I've wanted to get out of the East Side since high school ended, and I finally did it. Though most of my friends still live on that side of town and does get lonely at times, I do not regret my decision to leave.
I've worked at Quicken Loans for about a year and a half now, and I absolutely love it! There's a reason why we're consistently the number 1 place to work in Michigan every year :)
Before then, I graduated from Oakland University in 2009 with a major in Communications. People say college is a waste of time and money, but my degree the proudest accomplishment of my life.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Dinner, then perhaps a ball game? I'm opened minded to the various possibilities :)
