This is my profile. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. Annnnnd, here we go...
I am an easy-going, non-judgmental, open-minded, sensitive, witty, sarcastic guy with a great sense of humor. I am always up for trying new things and traveling to unfamiliar places. I like to stay fit and keep my energy level up. I don't mind just relaxing around the house as well.
As far as what I like:
Music: Many groups from many genres. Lately, I've mostly been listening to electronic/dance (BT, Hybrid, Armin van Buuren, Above and Beyond, Thievery Corporation, Lord Huron).
Food: Thai, Indian, Sushi, Mint ice cream, cookies
Movies: Office Space, Superbad, Airplane!, Pulp Fiction, The Matrix, Fight Club, Vanilla Sky, The Fifth Element, Star Wars, Back to the Future
TV shows: Mad Men, Six Feet Under, Entourage, Arrested Development, Firefly, The Office, Big Brother
PBS shows to exercise to: NOVA, Frontline, POV
Morning radio: NPR
I have an eight year-old daughter (who's totally great, of course). She's a sweetie. My schedule with her is fairly flexible. In the interest of full disclosure, making babies is no longer in my future, but it's ok if you have children of your own.
I am looking for a partner and best friend. Someone that doesn't take themselves too seriously. Someone that likes to joke and have fun. Someone that will have my back, because I will have theirs.
So, what's the deal with the "Do you have a car" question? Seriously? And if it's so important, why is it not a search option? I don't know about you, but I'm sure I can make things work with the always available Metro. Come on Fish, why must we all waste our time. How about replacing this with more relevant questions, such as "Do you live with your parents?" or "What time is curfew?"
