The first trait people notice about me is my smile. I’m usually grinning from ear to ear and have been known to fall into a fit of giggles. My optimistic nature sees the good in people and situations. I’m on a stable career path and fortunate to enjoy my work. When asked what I do for a living, most people respond “but you don’t seem like an accountant” : ). I’ll take that as a compliment. The accountants’ stereotype is that they’re quiet and boring; I’m neither. Actually, I’m pretty extroverted in that I enjoy social settings and have many interests. I’ve tried everything from tennis, to guitar lessons, to participating in Toastmasters (no, it’s not a drinking club ; )), and traveling to over 20 countries. I’m often inspired to try new things and enjoy it most with the right company.
My ideal match is someone who’s compassionate, emotionally and mentally secure, witty and ready for a serious relationship. Intellect is sexy but it's not enough; I'm much more drawn to someone with emotional intelligence. I’m looking for a real connection filled with laughter, silliness, romance, support, and trust. I’m only open to meaningful, honest, and exclusive relationships with like-minded people. It’s important that we share similar values and goals but can still challenge and inspire each other to grow.

My idea of a first date is something light-hearted and fun. We can pick an activity that we both enjoy and spend our time getting to know each other. I'm not interested in running down our resumes. How we interact and connect is the first step in a meaningful relationship. I love the outdoors so playing tennis or going for a bike ride by the beach would be ideal. Going to the Hollywood Bowl or Ford Amphitheatre rank pretty high with me as well. That being said, I could be trapped in an elevator with the right guy and it really wouldn't matter. If you're outgoing, optimistic, appreciate sarcasm and family-oriented; we'll make a great match!
