About Joe
A few things I need from my next relationship;

1. Communication. We have to have! We have to be on the same page all the time. Like teammate running a play.
2. Passion. Passion first - for the opposite sex. I'm not talking about being passionate Red Sox fan. If the idea of hugging, kissing, touching, etc makes your skin crawl - change teams or don't play.
3. Affection. A kiss hello and goodbye should be mandatory. Maybe even a 'good' kiss.
4. Real friendship. I've never dated my best friend (he's a dude). I'd like my next lady friend to be my bestie.

Basic rules for on-line dating -

When meeting your date - never say "nice to meet you" - the walls have ears! The people around you now know that the two of you have just met! Lie - and say - "hello again, you look sensational!"

The greeting should be discussed before the greeting takes place. Are we going to;
Say hello
Shake hands
Fake hug (arms only - no body contact)
Real hug
Real hug with kiss on the cheek
Real hug with light lip kiss
Real hug with French kiss
Real hug with French kiss and mutual ass grab (rainbow package)

I can't tell you how many times I've gone in for the hand shake and she's looking for the rainbow package. Awkward; nobody likes awkward.

Now - the departure should be discussed as well! Same options as above - but this conversation should take place 5-10 minutes before the two of us head to the parking lot.

And - I respond to all emails. I feel it's the decent thing to do if somebody reaches out. I'd rather hear 'no thanks, you're ugly' than hear nothing back. NOTE - I would never send that type of email. But I would thank anybody for an email and let them know my level of interest. Good luck!
