Ok then, I know dating can be hard to do so I want you to know the thrust of my profile is to let you know who I am: somewhat adventurous and having fun hits the right spot for me. My business only half fills my time up since I work part time and have plenty of time to devote to my loved one. I like movies, dancing, boating, and golf. Being home, I usually enjoy small things like hanging out inside, cooking. or just eating something simple. I'm a Mensa Member, self employed, and published. My newest book, The Secrets from Your Subconscious MInd just came out and can be found on Amazon. I do not drink or take drugs nor do I suck on anything that burns.

Please pass on me if you drink or take drugs. I will not respond if your pictures show you holding an alcoholic drink or beer bottle. Life is too short and difficult to make it harder by taking mind altering substances or central nervous system depressants.
I'm learning to fish for walleye because it's my favorite dinner but promise not to send any pictures of me holding a dripping wet fish. So if you've come this far in reading this profile, you might be my match.
Consider this: "Beethoven tells you what it's like to be Beethoven and Mozart tells you what it's like to be human. Bach tells you what it's like to be the universe.” And Tom Waits says, “I like beautiful melodies telling me terrible things.”
I love to dance to rockabilly music. My goal is to enjoy the rest of my life with a special someone who wants to be best friends and great companions, who knows how to settle minor differences and who embraces closeness, who wants to enjoy life until we leave the planet. Personal growth and health is important to me. Living an unexamined life allows social conditioning from the TV to dictate one's opinions and therefore one's life! Most things are not what they appear to be. And I can prove it, just ask me.
Here's something else: I have been semi-retired since turning 50 and have time available to get tight with my relationship. I split my time between Illinois and Wisconsin and love to be out doors.
I do my best to live from my heart rather than from my pea brain, that is the conscious, rational mind, trusting my process and looking for the miracles generated by the subconscious, larger brain.
Many spiritual experiences have taken place in my life, from spending time with John of God to seeing a couple UFO's, and therefore I am not your average beer can person in that my ideas are somewhat unconventional, yet I'm dedicated to creating positive outcomes in my world and the lives of those I care about.
So you know: I don't like watching TV, sports games, or sit coms.
Also, The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Dancing to great music, eating healthy food, cutting the rug, or drinking tea and chatting. How about sitting by the water, staying warm, and passing the time away telling stories? Then there's roller skating or golf. Ok, I'm not much for museums or watching sports games since I'd rather be doing than watching unless, of course, it's a film. I like movies and have written a few screenplays. Then I'm up for doing something I've never done before, too, things such as hot air balloon, or clogging. Have any ideas? Just send them by and we can decide on something unusual and fun.
