About Me
I am socially active and looking for a match that is able to hold his own in a group of people. Looking for an arm charm that makes me laugh until my stomach hurts, likes to be around people, wants to travel, dance and doesn’t mind attending a fundraiser or two or three or four. The ideal man doesn’t mind putting on a suit for a special occasion but looks great in a pair of jeans.
I am loyal, honest, happy and fun. I work hard and play hard and would expect the same of my partner. I have a postive outlook on life and believe the glass is always half full -- as it should be!
When I am not with my children, I am usually out with friends listening to live music, networking over coffee or enjoying a fantastic dinner and sometimes dancing (which could be in one of my friend’s living rooms). I love to entertain and plan parties whether it be black tie or a barbeque.
When I am with my children, besides running a taxi service, cooking meals, grocery shopping, maid service, coaching one of their teams or helping out at school, we enjoy snow skiing, hanging out with the other CEO moms from their school, attending movies and the theater.
Even though I host the Mother/Son campout at school, I am not much of a camper and would rather be camped pool side at the Four Seasons. This doesn't mean that I am high-maintenance as I can leave the house without makeup and still look presentable (why do you think women wear baseball hats) and on occasion you may find me in the sheep stall helping my daughter with her 4-H project -- of course, I'll be the one wearing the animal print mud boots.
I own more than one little black dress; I can eat at a great hole in the wall or a five star; I can coach a cheer squad, a basketball team and happen to be an excellent third baseman and catcher. I hold a record at Malibu Grand Prix. And I happen to think it is perfectly fine for a woman to own a fur coat!
I prefer Mexico over Hawaii; sweet over salty; laundry over dishes; a good book over TV; skiing over snowboarding (only because I have been unable to master the snowboard); clean shaven over beards; clean-cut over long-hair (no hair is fine too) and chocolate cake over ice cream.
I live a happy and wonderful life surrounded by close friends and family but I am still looking for that man -- that All-American type, handsome, broad shoulders that makes me light up when he walks in the door, takes my breath away, who wants to share the Sunday paper with me, who is my best friend and partner in crime.
