About Me
I don't think it should be that difficult but living in a huge area like NYC, I'm sure it can be daunting to meet someone just relatively nice these days. I'm sure I'm not the only one that experiences this. That's why I decided to give this a try.
I would describe myself as humbled and goal-oriented with a slight humor to life. I love having great conversations, good company and laughing all night over a nice dinner or drinks. I'm easy going, laid back and down-to-earth. I currently live in Manhattan and I work in serious corporate setting, so I try not to take things too seriously and find the humor in things. I don't let the pressures of the city (both professionally and socially) get to me and I always have a great network of friends to relieve those pressures, among other things like going to the gym, seeing museums or just having a day to myself (I think some people find that weird, but for me I think it keeps me grounded).
When I’m with someone, I like spontaneity, adventure, sensuality and showing small gestures to show my appreciation for that person. I think doing small things and little playful banter are always great. I’m looking for someone that has similar qualities and loves to have fun. Being able to laugh is important...I like being sarcastic and poke fun at myself (if you can't do that, then you can't really be that funny right?).
Friendship are also very important to me. I can have fun with the guys (or girls) over beers/scotch or get togethers with long-time friends or make new friends, but maintaining a great connection of friends is important to me. It also allows me to have my own interests outside of the relationship (I don't want to have a relationship be the center of my life - wouldn't that be boring?).
I have had great opportunities to have lived abroad when I was younger and as a result, I love to travel. Hopefully that person would like to travel as well.
I like new experiences and like being active, both at work and outside of work. I believe in work hard, play harder.
