About Me
Originally from ATL, I've been teaching English since September '10 in The Republic of Georgia. I love my job; I wake up every morning to a new challenge.
I'm a health nut - mind, body, and soul. I eat simply and live simply. I have a love affair with food and cooking: spices, textures, flavors, aromas ... I'd rather bake bread than buying it. Whenever possible, I run in the mornings and do upper body/core work. I don't sweat the small stuff. While I believe the world is ruled by karma and we should all be kind, no, I'm not Christian. Us atheists have morals, too.
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, reading and traveling. I've been to every corner of Georgia and can't wait to see the rest of the world.
Music is wonderful. Movies are wonderful. And books are ever better. Unless it's country, black metal, or NPR, odds are I'll be game.
I'm looking for an adventure partner - someone who takes care of themselves (physically, mentally and financially) and their loved ones. Someone who is working passionately at achieving something greater than themselves. Someone who wants to learn and travel the world together. Someone who appreciates the difference between homemade and take-out. If you're this someone I'd love to hear from you :) And please be good with children and kind to animals; I never met a good man who disliked either.
