About Me
I'm a pretty laid back guy. I enjoy going out on occasion, but I'm not really into the whole bar scene. I recently graduated from ECU with an MBA with a finance concentration. I teach at the local community college. I also work with a publishing company developing content for finance textbooks. I'm currently studying to get my insurance and securities license so I can also do financial advising. As you can see, I'm always trying to improve and challenge myself to do bigger/greater things. I'm a very driven person, and am determined to be successful. I do work a lot, and make a decent living, so no deadbeat here. I love talking about anything and everything. I'm always interested in learning something new. I recently discovered the joy of reading. My interests lie mostly in history, science, finance, and sports, but are certainly not limited to those things. I try to stay active, and I love to play any kind of sport. I like being around people that can teach me things about them and myself. I like to have a good time, and try to see the lighter side of most situations. I like to meet all kinds of different people. I get along with most anyone, but prefer positive people. I'll always look to the bright side for whatever silver lining can be found, and I'll keep you motivated to reach your goals, as well.
I keep things simple, and I keep them honest. I tell you what's on my mind, especially if there is a problem. I would appreciate the same from you. I am self-employed, and my next plans/goals are still up in the air. I have a pretty full plate with the various work related projects I do, but I can make time for the right person. I'm really not into bars/clubs. They're too crowded/loud to actually talk and get to know someone. I prefer to get coffee or something simple initially. I always like meeting new people, even if it just turns out to be friends. I would like a family one day, but I'm not really in any sort of rush. I won't ask you to marry me next week if things go well. I'm 30, single never married, no kids, no drama. I think you should get to know me.
