I want a great woman to share my life with! beautiful, kind, smart, together. So, drop me a line and say hi - I'd love to hear from you. If you're just looking for a hook-up, I suppose all marriages do eventually have them! But, I'm more interested in finding my soulmate.
I was raised in the burbs of New York, and went to college upstate - Ithaca, NY. Professionally, I founded and ran my own website development company for 15 years, before stopping work to deal with the after effects of defending our freedoms from responding to Ground Zero on 9-11. I grew up volunteering with a first aid rescue squad and answered my call of duty during the attacks since I feel strongly as a man to defend the country whose benefits I've enjoyed for so many years.
I grew up playing the piano, and re-ignited my passion for performing, and logged thousands of hours on stage playing the piano and bass guitar with musical improv troupes, and have also learned my way around the recording studio in my apartment. I went back to study music for my own personal pleasure, and as a way to heal wounds that were too stubborn for conventional medicine by writing and performing demo songs. One of my originals was even featurd at Citifield at a Mets game. I have to spend a lot of time taking care of my health, but I don't allow it to hold me back since I have always been a highly ambitious person.
There are so many things I have on my wish list and know that doing it with someone else would make for a much fuller life. I'm a single dad to a Goldendoodle, Bernie who is famous in his own right for waking me up in the morning for a walk, just as fast as he heals me - since he's also a part of my 9/11 treatment team. Dogs are an unbelievable source of healing for the kinds of psychological damage that first responders have spent so many years of enduring - just for basic benefits like members of the military receive. That also is an accomplishment of mine, as a winner of a State Supreme Court case paving the way for all volunteer responders to get benefits as well as an active lobbyist for all people who inhaled the dangerous dust downtown that has been so damaging. It has been the successful winning of these battles that has allowed me to reclaim myself, and fully heal. Today, I closely monitor political cycles and have had the privilege this past year to endorse a Marine Colonel in a television spot airing in LA.
I have gone from CEO, to a first responder, and a lobbyist, and musician, so it's been quite the change - I think for the better.
I am excited to meet the woman of my freams who join me for many new chapters and volumes. I know you are out there, and maybe it's you:).
