I'm an intelligent woman who can also be downright silly sometimes. I like to smile and be around people who make me do so. I'm a loyal and honest friend. I have 2 traits that some say are rare in a woman...I'm logical and literal. I mean what I say and I say what I mean. I love sports, particularly football and basketball, but anything with a game clock will do. I love the sun so I like to do anything outdoors (hiking, picnics, concerts, etc). I am a closet, reality TV junkie (shh, don't tell). I love to travel and experience new things. I've been skiing in the Swiss Alps (actually I've tumbled down the Alps, I'm the worst skier ever but it was fun), wine tasting in Chianti, Italy, been to a strip club in Guadalajara (it's a very LONG story!), danced the merengue all night in the Dominican, and more. Lots left to do but life has been anything but boring so far.
What kinda man piques my interest? Let's see, he is: honest, dependable, does what he says and when he says he'll do it, patient, respectful, and trustworthy. He is versatile and can hold his own in any conversation. He is witty (maybe even a little sarcastic) and makes me laugh until my stomach hurts. He confident in his own skin and doesn't need to start every conversation with how big his ________ is(fill in the blank...house, car, boat, bank account, etc.) He is comfortable in any situation, whether it's a business dinner with my VP or a card party with my crazy friends. He is man enough share his emotions and strong enough to check me when I'm wrong (as I have been, once or twice...lol). He is affectionate but not needy and he is in control without being controlling. And when he walks into a crowded room and puts his hand in the small of my back, that simple gesture is enough to make me weak in the knees.

First Date
I'm not a dinner and a movie type of girl. There is too much to do in CA to spend the evening at the Olive Garden. Let's get some hot chocolate and watch the sunset at the park or take a walk around lake merritt or spend the afternoon test driving cars we can't afford. I prefer thoughtfulness and creativity over an expensive dinner anyday.
