As you can see from the photos I lead an active lifestyle and am looking for a partner to share it with. I love adventure and the outdoors and like travelling to foreign countries. I live on the banks of the Seymour River next to the forest in North Vancouver and love this natural environment.
My ideal partner would have the time and resources to take adventurous trips on a regular basis and be interested in exploring the beautiful world in which we live. Note that the kind of travel I prefer are self organized trips with immersion into the local culture. I do not restrict my travel to areas serviced by western hotels or all inclusive resorts. I often travel by local transit or bike to reach remote areas. I'm not averse to taking the occasional package tour but it is very much the exception rather than the rule.
Finding the right person is a complex process which involves far more than checklists. I like to get to know you by doing activites together by ourselves and in groups. Letting that bond form in a natural unforced way over a period of time works best for me. Once I find that special someone I am an affectionate and romantic person and am looking for someone with similar qualities.
If you still feel young at heart and feel like life's got a lot left to offer then drop me a line. For me, life is enriched and best experienced with a partner. If you're wired the same way and want to be in one of those rare loving relationships that lasts through our senior years then we could make a good match.
I'm an intimate. Physical touch is extremely important to me. If you're the same species you know what that means. It's not all about sex but that's fun too! I think we're less than 20% of the population. It's a huge differentiator which is why I bring it up now. Believe it or not, I only figured this out 4 years ago! :-)
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Let's meet for a coffee or drink (maybe after a walk or hike)?
