Breathing is very important and I likereading Buddhist manuscripts even though I don't subscribe to any particular religion.

I honestly think that I'm not going to find the woman that I'm really looking for here or online in general. As I told a friend the other day "I think I'm just too picky. Finding someone with the right mix of fun, cute, family(or potential), smart AND sane? They either don't make them anymore or they're already happily married."
well..... I've always hated the essay questions in school.
I believe that there is (or should) be more to life than just punching a clock at a job that drives me crazy so I can pay a farmer to grow food for me.

Constantly searching for a complete and meaningful inderstanding of myself and the world around me.
When I'm not pondering the universe i like to play and listen to music. maybe even watch some TV. I'm quite fond of the Discovery channel though.
I pay attenion to politics and the health care fiasco
Completely fluet in the language of sarcasm. My glass is always filled 1/2 way but sometimes can't figure out if it's half full or half empty.
Kinda like my personality. The 15yr old in me is always fighting with the 34yr old whose trying to drag the 45yr old into some sort of goofy fun.
I'm half hippie, half rocker, half nerd, half busines man, half dreamer and half comedian. I know that's alot of 1/2's and they actually add up to like three whole people! But there's alot to me.
I must confess that sometimes I kind of wish for the olden days back in the motherland. As soon as I turned 16 or 18 or whatever age was in style. Some old lady from my village would pick a match/bride for me, take all the guesswork out of the screening process. Are we compatable,get along, attracted, in love, same values? Sometimes I think I get lost in all the trade offs. Since it's not really practical to think that I'll ever find someone who is "perfect". Where"s the tradeoff between a practical mate and full blown lust and attraction? I'm not really sure. But is it too much to ask to find someone who hasn't been hopitalized for mental health reasons?.... oh yeah and decent teeth.
There, I've found my criteria. As long as you have good mental health and decent (doesn't have to be perfect) teeth then I'll love you forever. A good sense of humor to see through my own dry, cynical sense of humor wouldn't hurt either.

First Date
First date???? ... hmmm. not really a date per say but a chance to meet someone and see what we think. Hopefully it won't feel like a job interview. What if we all had to bring resume's to first dates!?!?! yikes! I like music especially good live music.... and chicken wings. Nice restaurants and mom and pop diners , small coffee shops, exploring the city. anything fun that's not distracting from the most important thing, interaction. It not really where you are of what you're doing. It's who you're doing it with.
