About Me

I've been retired for four years after an exciting and rewarding 35 year teaching career. I've always worked hard and played harder. Yes, I survived! Life is good and great!
After my family, playing racquetball is my passion. With the additional free time that I have, I travel throughout Canada and the US competing in tournaments. It's a thrill developing new friendships and challenging myself physically and mentally as I compete.
I like all types of music by artists such as Rod Stewart, Lady Gaga, Barry White, Maroon 5, Andrea Bocelli, Adele and Julio & Enrique Iglesias.
I also enjoy attending live theatre (The Fringe Festival) and experiencing the Folk Festival.
As far as movies go, comedy, drama and action films are my favourite.
I would enjoy the company of a lady who is youthful, fit, honest, funny and possesses a positive attitude.
I am not looking for someone to be with, rather someone I cannot be without and knowing that special someone feels the same way about me.

First Date
The perfect date would be one that starts and doesn't ever really end. Realistically, I'll suggest something where two people spend time together getting to know each other. Having a drink and sharing stimulating conversation at The Palm Lounge at The Fort Garry Hotel comes to mind. Now for the summer, let's meet at The Forks and take a scenic walk along the river. We'll return to a patio overlooking the river and enjoy a glass of wine.
