My name is Jacqs, which is just as quirky as my personality.
I visited San Francisco in March of 2011 and fell in love with it. After being back in RI for two days... I purchased a one way ticket for two months later, quit a great job and sold everything I owned to be here. I believe that big rewards often follow big risks. Sometimes you must chance everything for even the slimmest shot at what you want, it's the only way to find true happiness. I believe that everything happens for a reason and it is such a blessing to be able to retrospectively piece together all the events that have led me to this point in my life.
And in the past few years, I've learned and loved more than some do in a lifetime. I love to laugh and can have a great time given almost any situation. Through the losses of people I love, I have learned a lot about life and what I want from it; I truly value honesty, passion and empathy. I strive to really be the best person I can be and to, as corny as it sounds, really live life to the fullest and take advantage of every opportunity.
I'm ready to adventure and looking for a partner in crime. I'm not looking for anyone to be the center of my world, nor I of theirs. I guess I am looking for a romantic friendship... I want fun and intellect. I want someone with a passion for something, anything... I want to learn from them and be inspired. I want to experience new things and have someone to do it with.
If you have read this far, congratulations, you are not a shallow ***hole... plus you are literate, so kudos!
