About Me
I would like to start out by saying that I am geeky, goofy and girlie. I was given responsibility at a young age which made me ask a lot of questions as to why and how things work = geeky. My favorite time in life were my teen years and sometimes I act like an 80's kid = goofy. And even though I was somewhat of a tomboy growing up, I like dressing for work = girlie. My favorite clothes are the comfy kind though; jeans, tees, board shorts, etc.
My son is 25 and a UCF Engineering Graduate!!! I'm so proud I could just burst and show you my resume, an 8 x 10 glossy of him...lol He accepted a position out of state and is doing awesome :) I raised him as I was, with morals and respect.
I grew up an old fashioned type of gal that believes in principle and hard work. I tend to be more of a girl next door, "MaryAnn" type than a high maintenance "Ginger" type.............lol I genuinely appreciate a sense of urgency when necessary and when not, well, let's take off our watches and relax!
I like to play board games and shoot pool, however, I'm self taught and not very good...lol Cards are also fun and just about anything outdoors with the beautiful weather we have is enjoyable; parks, grilling, sight seeing :)
I was born and raised in Daytona so I'm a beach lover at heart! My favorite trips were to Ann Arbor, Knoxville, and Highlands, NC. I'm a simple person and appreciate my surroundings whether they be inside or out. It's all about the company for me really.
I'm a Southern girl so favorite foods would be fried shrimp, steak and sweet tea...lol I prefer to laugh over all else so comedy all the way! I love to watch baseball, football, tennis and all Olympics. I like all types of music depending on my mood.
