so for a while' I've taken to counting in multiple languages when exercising, like when doing sit ups, crunches, pushups, leg press, well you get the idea. that is not the weird part, count backwards... oh yah you say, no big deal, try it. I usually use english(all the time really) so I count back wards in spanish, I tried french, but man. Oh, one more thing you have to stay on the number forgotten or go back to the closest ten.
last night forgot 78,56,40,39,14,then I couldn't remember if I was on 11 or 13, so yep, 13 won out.coconut rum macaroons, well sounds good but not as intended, don't get me wrong they were crazy tastey but i should have done the dip/brush method
as they just weren't as fluffy as wanted.
a breakfast croissant,
1 toasted croissant; mix two parts egg to one part sausage, one tsp. mustard, one ounce of cheese; five leaves of spinach.
a light tortellini dinner, mmm,
starts with one serving bertolli tortellini, boil in water with: olive oil, salt. sauce one ounce sour cream, pinch of dill, pinch of cayenne pepper, 5% as much tequila as sour cream, one qtr. cup chopped fresh spinach.
the best omlette ever created, maybee,
it started the other day while making some stuffed mushrooms, rather than chopping the spinach and carrots i thought i'd be lazy and so, in the blender it went joining the horse radish, pepper, salt, dill and egg(a minimum ammount is required to blend, not the egg but the mix in total),this created a soufle, not the intended texture, thankfully, onward i went. obviously leftover mix was the result. but every morn(when free) i make an omlette to start the day, three egg cheddar inside motz outside, this morn i included sausage, mushroom, spinach and marinara on the outside, the eggs are whipped with seasons and less than 20% filtered water, once in the pan recieving a fold, no flip (depends on the various densities of extras)
I was once told that i need to smile more, i like to say i'm smiling on the inside. i think it's b/c i find myself in need of constant amusement. Since I was probably 22 I've had the same look and weight, never married. i enjoy the experience of being under water, though like most things in my life, I participate with a slight sense of complacency, not that I don't always care.
I'd like to find someone that makes my eyes not wonder to her chest but the rest of the picture, the forest rather than the trees.
I enjoy: cooking/baking, nothing elaborate mind you, just simple amazing foods(like fajitas), however i'm not allowed to make deserts as i have no will power, but if i were to; fried bread, an egg white based cake nice and airy with the choc folded in, or perhaps a sour cream carrot cake, choc chip cookies, cinnamon bun (oh well); playing chess and board games; snow boarding; running; swimming; sailing; reading; cartoons(but not all); being relaxed.
things that preturbe me: bugs; losing at board games; playing card games that have a bazillion meanings per card(i know its nice to include the group but come on, they're a waste of time); star search(and every derivation before or since); traffic; being tired;watching sports while not playing them, for that matter watching millitary programs to relive the old days.
if your doing something dumb, I just might tell you(b/c sometimes you just don't know).
