What are you waiting for? I'm ready ... are you? Happy days, fun times, good communication, chemistry, amazing memories ... a life of love and fun ... who wouldn't want that!??!?!?! My life has been fun, but I'm far from ready to think the best days are behind me. There is so much to explore, people to meet and romantic adventures yet to be discovered.
Let's talk about YOU first:
First, you HAVE kids (yes, being a Dad matters 'that much' to me!) and would maybe consider another. (something to be decided together of course) Are you affectionate? ... I am, and like to be able to show it. Is this you? ... wear jeans instead of slacks (work is an exception)... drive a truck instead of a Porsche ... outdoorsy (can you put up a tent? shoot skeet? bait a hook?) ... would you volunteer with me sometimes? ... do you eat steak ... open to all kinds of movies ... and enjoy a fun, social, active, adventurous, healthy and loving life? Do you believe in God? I want a Man that can be a Man when I need him to be, can be goofy when the time is right, can give me a shoulder to lean on if I need one, my wrestling buddy when we're playful and my partner through everything. I want to be the couple that people can see from afar that we 'fit' together.
And then about the FUTURE:
Do you want to take your past and turn it into an even better future? I know that as we get older meshing two lifesytles can be a challenge, but I am willing to try, if you are too. I am Christian and would like to meet someone that shares the faith. Morals, kindness and genuine care for others is important. How much money you make doesn't matter to me, nor does what you have. I truly care to know about WHO you are, and WHAT you want from life. What matters more when we're old and sitting on the porch ... the stories for us to talk about, or the fact that you owned your house by the time you were 30? I'm looking for the story ... 'our' story!
Here's some insight to ME:
First and best, I am a Mom to a great Son!!!!! Next, although I'd like to wish I'm perfect (hehe) I am far from it.I have my faults and make mistakes. I get giddy silly, I sit on my feet sometimes when I'm out, I don't mind drinking a beer from a bottle, my finances are tight, and I hate washing the stove, but always keep the dishes clean and put away. I love to bake. I make meals then box it up and deliver a homemade meal to homeless-struggling folks. I try to live healthy, smart and honest. I'm loving and compassionate. If I don't make you laugh, well, I'll probably be in the corner cracking myself up! I am loyal, feisty and fight for what I believe in and those special to me. I have met a few of you from this site and like many of you, I guess I have some lessons learned, a few let-downs and a few surprises!
And a little bit of my HISTORY: (and some present)
Hm, so what has my life been like? .... I've been to the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, waterskiied in Italy, been lost in France, had amazing pizza in New York, walked the tunnels in Hawaii, flown a helicopter in the Grand Canyon, fished in the Kern and driven straight home 21 hours from Washington. I've helped build the motor in my truck, always mow my own yards, give chores to my Son, pull a trailer, sometimes burn dinner but grill some awesome carne asada. I love sushi, have tried escargo and sardines, (ick!) drink alot of milk but no coffee. I rarely miss my Son's games and love to listen to kids talk. I volunteer for different organizations and LOVE it. I like rock-n-roll, punk, and 80's music but mostly country. (I can't seem to master the two-step though!) I love boating. I like to fish. (but I pretty much stink at it) I drop kick a football pretty darn good! I've been to quite a few Angels games, but not enough. I've seen the 49ers, Colts and Texans play, and wanna see more! I took my Son to a Raiders game and won't do that again. Yes, I like to get out and play but I like to mellow down, too!
Life has been good, but at the end of the day, what I pray for is to meet the right man to have an awesome, fun, and loving relationship with. Finding a date is easy. I'm looking for the Man that "WE" have something that is more! The missing piece of this fantastic puzzle of life! =)
HAPPY DAY!!! =)
If your grammar is - "u 1 2 go 2 da movies wit me?" - I am pretty sure we won't work!
I am in favor of a fun activity where the nerves can blend in with the good times. Let's go play horse at the basketball courts, or take a cooking class, volunteer somewhere, or play miniature golf! Let's find something that allows us to see the personality of the other person. There are so many great things to do ... =)
Someday ... for fun ... spaghetti on a picnic blanket without any utensils. hehe, just eat messy. What the heck, why not ... it's spaghetti! So let loose of the worries about sauce and slurpy noodles, just have fun and be silly.
