I like to go hiking, biking, kayaking, & walk my dog along the river trail. I try to take the time to enjoy what's around me, like the river, wildflowers, birds, catching a glimpse of the river otters. I've been known to take a picture or two. It'd be great to find a man who likes to do the same type of things. A walk after dinner? Let's go!! An evening paddle on Whiskeytown? Load em up!
My bucket list includes a trip to the British Isles (there's a connection with Warwick castle). Trips to the coast are nice & I hope to move there one day. Being a transplant from San Diego, it suits me better. I would love to pack up our bikes, pack a picnic lunch and take a ride along the coast or through the redwoods.
I have two grown sons who live down in the Bay area. The older of the two has two boys of his own. I try to get down there to see them when I can.
I don't drink, smoke or do drugs of any kind. Never have. I can have a good time without any of that. If you're into that type of thing, please don't contact me. Guess I need to be clear about this too, I'm not 420 friendly.
I feel that good communication in important for a strong relationship. So is having fun & having a good sense of humor.
I'd like to find a man who likes to stay active, to get out & go do things, but who also doesn't mind watching a movie or two. I like someone who feels we're partners & will discuss big decisions with me.. Someone who enjoys cooler weather and really wouldn't mind living at the coast one day (or you already live there and are just waiting for the day when I can move there too). I don't mind if you have your hobbies & as long as you don't mind when I participate in mine, even though I may be crocheting or cross stitching - we're in the same room together! I want a man who is rock solid & spontaneous at the same time. I want someone with a great sense of humor and a huge sense of protectiveness towards me. A man who will protect my heart as if it were his own.
Am I asking for too much?
I'm open to anything...a bike ride or walk on the Sacramento River Trail....a meet at Starbucks, or Jamba Juice....or a combo...whatever works. I'm pretty flexible & can handle spontaneous (I actually like spontaneous). It would be great if it ended with us counting the minutes until the next time we go out.
