About Me
"First, say to yourself what you would be; then do what you have to do". I am proud with what I have achieved and who I am. At this point in my life I am interested in seeking a fulfilled lifestyle. Most of which would be to find that one unconditional "partner in crime", per say, to enjoy and experience, the journey ahead.
What makes me unique? My DNA? What sets me apart from anyone else I must say is my quirky sense of humor. First and foremost, I love to laugh and I believe this is one of the most important attributes I have. I have learned that humor and living in a "free" state of mind is much easier. Living life with an open and empathetic heart has been very rewarding. In this day in age, it takes more energy in judging than it does to simply listen and understand others. This may sound cliche, yet I must say I am a big animal lover and we will leave it at that. I am a bit of a smartass at times. Loyalty, honesty and communication are important to me. I am a woman of class, confidence and drive. But I think what really makes me most comfortable in my skin is to just be myself and be REAL. But as a woman, I do like to feel and look beautiful for whatever occasion may bring. And to be honest, I don't really enjoy shopping. I would rather shop for a special dinner, or roam around Orchard Supply or go wine tasting then walk aimlessly around a friggin mall. I enjoy cooking and have now become pretty good with grilling. Family is very important, but what has transpired in my life at the same level are my friends. My friends are my family. They would describe me as funny, analytical, loyal, easy-going, driven, tenacious, honest and sweet. My hobbies are my interests, however I am currently pursuing volunteer work (Please refer to interests section). My goals are to find that job that I love, travel, love and a family of my own someday.
At this stage in life and from past relationships, I know what I want. I am not a bar or club person, but I do enjoy them sometimes. I must say though, I do love "holes in the wall" and dive bars. So much more personality :-) In a relationship, I like to be challenged and I am sure you appreciate the same. I am interested in good conversation whether it be current affairs, politics, religion, etc. I am also a spiritual person. I have studied different religions, but tend to be more driven by Eastern beliefs and philosophy. You know what else is nice? That comfortable silence. That's when you know things are good :-)
I do prefer the taller male and chemistry is important. We have to be realistic, if it's not there and mutual, then it's hard to make. Something very important, I really enjoy music of all sorts.
Random thoughts: I love spontaneity, weekend trips, S.F., the ocean, the outdoors, working out, culture, wine, good food, cars, motorcycles, bikes, Mexican food, Italian food, yard work, decor, art, water, sleep ;-)
Minimum Qualifications: Respect, humor, honesty, strength, empathy, drive and a soulful kind heart.

First Date
There are so many different options. Simplicity would be my choice. Anything outdoorsy, a glass of wine, din-din, a movie, farmer's market, etc. But if you are more comfortable with a fountain soda or coffee ;-), then I will oblige.
