I have had a dream for some years now. That dream is to move to southern california. I have some family there and I think ultimately it is where I belong. The sunshine, warm weather, the beaches, and employment opportunities interest me. I should have moved there a long time ago. I'm saving money for the move and can't wait to be there already ! Sure hope it won't be difficult to make new friends and contacts. :)
Super gal looking for friendship, dates, activity partner, and ideally an awesome boyfriend. Want us to share common interests and sense of humor. Luv dogs and cats? Me too! Enjoy music, dancing, my dvr, movies, good food, fashion, and simple pleasures like food, shelter, and being able to walk and dance.
Raised by both parents and tv...definitely a product of the tv generation due to painful arthritis in whole body. I seem to prefer comedy over anything else. Still like watching sit - coms from the 90's like King of Queens and The Nanny.
Looking for a caring man who doesn't mind that I have had arthritis since I was a kid. Doctors have helped me by giving me new joints for worn out ones. The damage is done and there are mobility limitations but I get around pretty well despite them. Use a scooter for long walks.
Please be a happy person...no whiners, complainers, or negative attitude toward life. Every day is a gift from God. I'm more realistic about future goals but I can't help dreaming about what might be.
Profession: volunteer for Arthritis Foundation but even that has taken a backseat because the arthritis damage is severe and no cures for the things going wrong in my bones and joints
Variety really is the spice of life ! Wish more days were full of variety rather than the mundane same old same old things.
Hoping to find someone that makes me laugh, is very stable and fun, with loyalty to friends and family. Oh yeah, must luv my dog :) I dig men with impeccable manners and the traditional chivalry of decades past. I am looking for that man who rarely curses and has excellent manners.
Interested in real life friendship ...i don't want a texting buddy or email buddy. You should want the same thing...actual conversations in person and on the phone. Leave the texting for stuff like "See you soon" or "shall we go out for Mexican or chinese food ?"
First date could be a walk to the dog park, going for a drink during happy hour, meet at a bookstore and chat over coffee, dinner and a movie, and the list goes on. What do you want to do ?
