First off, this profile is 100% true, with no B.S. intended, it is who I am. I am as the above describes, a little over weight, but exercise regularly and it seems to stay put. I am an easy going, laid back individual who enjoys the outdoors.Camping, exploring, flea markets, garage sales, finding little out of the way places to dine or have fun. I was working in the security field,, I enjoy bicycle riding, and walking my baby girl, 6 year old Jack Russell Terror, Mandy, which helps me to stay active and enjoy a little physical exercise. I am a non-drinker,and a non smoker, nor am I a bar hopper. I do like coffee clubs, and little hide a ways off the beaten track.
I am not a game player, I don't do well with head games , and I prefer honesty, good morals, and good communication. I am not into one night stands, nor am I looking for a Mommy, I still have mine. I can appreciate family, and friends. My family is scattered, mostly in Michigan.
I am a well rounded individual. I have more likes than I do dislikes, I am crafty, good mechanical skills, a good cook, and a fairly decent maintenance man, handyman, and housekeeper. I am currently rebuilding a 36' wooden boat that has shown some wear after 22 years of service. The natural beauty of wood says' something, rather than covered with paint.
I am a blue jeans and T-shirt person, I do own a couple of long sleeve shirts. I drive a pick up truck, not a 4wd, not into muddying, but necessary to haul the slide in camper that I have rebuilt,and accommodated with the the necessary fixtures to make it a portable home.I became a snow bird this past summer and went back to my home town in Michigan, than spent the summer in Geneva Ohio.I am now residing in Geneva in the summer, and Florida in the winter, unless somebody were to change my mind. I am not materialistic, nor do I have any baggage, other than my 6 year old Jack Russell Terror. I am honest, happy and content, just missing that someone to share with.
When in Florida my favorite place is down in Everglades City, Mandy, my Jack Russell thinks she is a Labrador, so we frequent water sites. I would prefer someone who also enjoys the outdoors, country living, peaceful, quiet settings,non smoker, away from the rat race, rural over suburban, city.
I am not a gold digger, or a prospector. I have the things that make my life enjoyable and meaningful, with a couple items on the wish list. Diligence and hard work will bring those objectives to light. What you have is yours and however you obtained them is your business. What I am looking for is a physical warm body to share the treasures, experience,adventures, and romantic occasions with.
My music tastes are anything, except rap and hip hop, most movies, and plays', although I haven't been to one in years.
What I'm looking for is hopefully someone who is low maintenance, loves the outdoors, camping (off the ground), traveling between states,and has that adventurous spirit. Someone who can feel at ease and relaxed, back in the woods away from civilization for a couple of weeks at a time, exploring, hiking, relaxing and enjoying each others company along with the beauty of the surrounding woods, forest, mountains, or remote lake. I have taken to somewhat homesteading in Ohio, all the comforts of home fueled by Mother Nature and the elements. (solar, wind, water, etc) and having a ball doing it. Campfires, or fire places have a romantic effect, as well as cuddling, and holding hands.
My latest venture is silk screening, and looking to establish myself in the Geneva area, and possibly other places as the press is quite portable. I am not looking to become so big as to be overwhelming, just big enough to have fun creating. Care to join me?

First Date
A first date would be someplace comfortable, and quiet, so we could get to know one another. Communication is of the essence, and what your heart say's means more than anything, let's get together and see if there is any substance between us. A nice little coffee cafe, or some where on the water, listening to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the shoreline as we get to know one another.
