Hello. I am an energetic, loving, independent woman who has been single since 1987. I have 1 married daughter and 3 grandaughters that live in Texas. First Date

Ah the dreaded first date. How about a simple quiet dinner, maybe a drink or two and some light hearted conversation just to break the ice. If it goes well the date could continue at a Starbucks, (or somewhere similar) and some more conversation. I think most of us have a tendancy to make snap judgments about people when we should really take the time to know someone. I agree there must be chemistry but it should also be more than just one's personal appearance. The second date should be a fun time, maybe a really funny movie or just hanging out at the beach, to have a more indepth conversation. Not too much pressure just a relaxed atmosphere and some fun times, I think it's an easier way to get to know someone.
