First off, made this profile initially when I was tipsy and thought 1981 looked like 1984 for my birth year. I'm 27, not 30. POF won't let me correct it :/

First Date
Coffee shop, it's public, casual, doesn't cost much (for you girls out there who go on 5 1st dates a week so you don't have to shop for groceries, yes i have a friend like that...).
The first date for me is kinda like a pre-date, gotta make sure we click at least. If we can at least stand each other, then we can move on to see if chemistry exists. On the real first date I do something different each time, depends on what she likes, what inspires her, or what's available to do at the time.
I rarely go in for a kiss on the 1st date, unless the magnetism is so strong on both sides, then it has to be done. Or if I'm thinkin bout kissing her and she says "kiss me!", well, can't argue with that.
