About Me
Here are some 'basics' to get out of the way: I'm financially independent, I live on my own in midtown Toronto, I don't drive (but I cycle in the summer) and I am fully and well employed :)
On to the warm, fuzzy and cool things about me...
I strongly believe in actively engaging in life and being involved in my communities. What does that mean? Well, I volunteer as a bike mechanic in the summer, I like to work on all sorts of projects at home or go out and try new things with friends and I am proud to work at an organization committed to social justice and supporting those who have less.
I'm pretty diverse in my interests and tastes - whether it's travel (been to Jamaica & Iceland), food (Thai or high tea), music (Royksopp or Zero 7), pastimes (game nights or acrobatics classes) etc. I love learning, I'm big on self-development, and challenging myself to grow, and I'm pretty socially conscious.
I hold my loved ones close to me - I truly appreciate my mother and my friends. I'm not good at putting on pretenses.

Been working at a fab non-profit for 3 years and recently got a promotion. Love my job and the people I work with.
I'm planning my travel adventure to Europe for summer 2012. Always working on photography - taking artsy pics, portraits, etc. I recently started exploring different art mediums - whether it's canvas, crayons, or Pinterest
