About me. I like five km morning runs, I like the feeling of accomplishment after a hard days work is done. I enjoy reading. I try to read one or two books a month. I love to cook. My musical tastes run the gamut from Motorhead to Motown, Ani Difranco, K-Os, Michael Penn, Crowded House, The Limousines ("Internet killed the video star" is a great video!), and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs but Im always open to new stuff.. My perfect day consists of urban exploration, a trip to the gym, maybe a flick, and going nuts in the kitchen.
I laugh during Jet Li movies, enjoy good coffee but can't say I worship it. After years of being a traveler and a minimalist, I am finally starting to plant roots and settle in. I still camp light, but my long term goals are to have a house I can call my own.
I believe in synchronicity, connection through randomness, shared breath, connected energy, going on instinct, and following your heart.
I believe in offering a woman a drink when she enters your home. In smiling at parties, and never to swear in the presence of women or children. I believe in being a gentleman, In strangers bearing gifts, in random acts of kindness and the heart that keeps on giving. My interests are mixed. 40's and 50's style (old black and white pictures of New York), the group of seven, book stores, biographies, video games(during winter yes, during summer Go outside!), science fiction (anything by Joss Whedon), urban exploration, the cbc, road trips, movies, emoticons ;) ,and stuff ( yes stuff is very important ).
I love to cook Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese food, French, Swiss/German, Italian and a whole bunch of other foods who's countries I have never been to, but would like to visit eventually.
