About Me
One year has past since moving to Ontario, let's see what year two brings....
Ok, so year two has past and this is what I've learned:
- summers are really really hot in GTA, good thing for cottages and road trips
- great to meet people here in Ontario that remind me of life back in the Maritimes
- never try to drive on any highway at 3pm Friday on a long weekend!
- Nova Scotia is only an 18hr drive away through Canada, wish the CAT (high speed boat) between Maine and Nova Scotia was still there
The reason I joined POF is to meet people with similar interests.
I enjoy a variety of activities and I am always looking to try more. I have been traveling between the USA, Ontario and Nova Scotia and at times I do still miss the good ol' Maritimes. I do like Toronto and the surrounding areas, there is a wide variety to see and do, and people to meet, I just need to get out more and see it for myself.

(RIP Grandma Jan, you were the best step granny anyone could ask for! And thank you for teaching us how to make an egg omelet in a ziplock bag in boiling water, a trick I will definitely use on my young cousins when they think they know it all hahaha) 2011
