About Me
I'm just a basic guy who loves to work with his hands and mind. Tool belt or suit and tie, either works for me. Likes include anything outdoors, shopping, yard sales, day trips, computers and more. I live in the country just outside of town. I'm nothing out of the ordinary, 5' 6", 170 lbs, never been called ugly. Easy to get along with as there's not much I don't enjoy. Prefer the "at home" lifestyle over bars, unless there's a really good band or comedy act. Fishing and boating are among my passions, but my favorite has to be building, repairing, renovating and improving. For me, problems are challenges needing an answer. Finding the answer can be fun! I live one day at a time, being today. Yesterday's gone and tomorrow hasn't happened, so not much can be done about them. Own/operate a modest fishing tackle business - one man show so it keeps me hopping!
Taking the time to know one another while exploring mutual OR individual interests would be the way to get the ball rolling. It thrills me when she looks fine, meaning the track pants are in the closet, not the skirts or dresses. Affection is always open, a light touch, holding hands, arm in arm, hugs and kissing. Doesn't get uppity if I open doors, pull out chairs, cook & serve a meal (I make a hell of a breakfast!) or just plain do something unexpected or nice just because I want to. Stormy days best spent curling up together, watching movies (I'll make the popcorn!) or anything else so long as it's together.

First Date
Meet somewhere public until comfortable, someplace quiet enough so that conversation can actually happen! Then mutually decide what might be appealing at the time. Walking & talking is good, weather permitting. Perhaps each select a favorite spot or activity to explore together and gain further insight to one another.
