About Me
Hello and thanks for browsing :)
I moved down to London about two years ago now. I'm a Northern monkey originally (...yes I do love pies and gravy...) and after a friend recommended the site I thought I’d give it a try.
I work in Digital Advertising, and love it - I get to travel too sometimes with work too, which is always a bonus (...Barcelona and Egypt already this year!!...)
Still have the urge to do a bit more traveling (I’m sure everyone says this, so I’m not going to put a boring list of all the fantastic places I’ve visited, and tell stories of how I saved a tribe of baby tigers from extinction in the Indian outback on my gap year....It’s not a competition!)
I have been known to partake in fancy dress (see pic for reference!)
Most weekends I can be found out with friends, whether it's a bar or a party, playing sports or attempting to cook up a storm in the kitchen (results are varied..!)
I like to get back up to Manchester whenever I can to see my family - I have a nephew and 2 nieces, and my oldest niece is an EXCELLENT artist (..see pic for reference!...)
I’m into a bit of everything musically, but generally indie/dancey types; Motown, Arcade Fire, Janelle Monae, The Smiths, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, The Roots, The National, Friendly Fires, Bon Iver, some Dubstep...the list goes on!
