About Me
I'm an honest laid back type of person, probably too laid back. i'm a bit of a geek i guess, enjoy star trek and sci fi if i do watch tv ,which i don't that often, it would either be that or a good nature documentary , although with company i can watch just about anything (if it's too bad a quality entertainment, they might not get to hear much of it). I love kids and have a 9 year old daughter who tells me off for being silly a lot more than i do her (i think i'm one of those embarrassing fathers, well i try to be :P)
I have been single for somewhere around 18 months now and i think i'm useless at online dating as i've not been on one! actually i'm useless with women full stop. if they don't throw themselves at me i don't have a clue how to impress. luckily i'm not too ugly or i might not ever had a girl friend! :)
i'm not interested in fashion, although i try to look presentable if the occasion demands :P.. love spending time observing the natural world and plenty of things still amaze me, saw my first hummingbird moth in september and spent at least half hour with it in my gaze, it left me, not me it lol... i quite often find myself turning over a stone in a garden to see what lies under :D when i ask my daughter the name of a passing bird now, it's answered correctly always although sometimes without the enthusiasm and smile i used to get.. i'm boring!! :P
