About Me
Heya!
After reading a lot of the profiles here on POF, i can see that many of you are looking for a nice, funny, and stable guy. Well, look no further! I'm all of these things, as well as creative, witty, and about as down-to-earth as you're gonna find.
Some things about me...
1. I might not be the funniest guy in the room, but I promise to do everything i can to make you smile and laugh.
2. I love animals, especially dogs.
3. I get along with just about everyone. Unless someone is a huge racist, or just in general a big jerk, then I'll get along with them.
4. I collect awesome people. My friends are awesome. My bosses and co-workers are awesome. I just like being around good folk.
5. I like to cook, and not just on the BBQ :)
6. I'm very tolerant and respectful. Religion, politics, taste in music or movies...even if i don't agree I'm the type of guy that accepts that we are all different in what we like and believe in.
7. I don't mind doing dishes, but i hate washing utensils...almost at that point where i just buy plastic ones so i don't have to wash them.
8. I like giving a woman the Montgomery (if you want to know what this is, just ask...and it is in no way sexual, so get your mind out of the gutter ladies lol)
9. I like to dance...though i'm not terribly good at it.
10. I love kids, though I don't have any of my own. I'm not put off by the fact that you might have children. I've never understood why some guys run screaming for the hills as soon as they find out that a woman has kids.
Some things I'm not...
1. I'm not a douche. I won't cheat on you, hit you, make you feel like you're garbage, or anything else like this.
2. I'm not 6'4", with long flowing locks of hair...though I wish i was! I'm also not in perfect shape...yet. That's something i'm working on, and at some point I'll be able to change my body type on this site from "Average" to "Athletic".
Things about you...
I'm not going to list the things i like or dislike about people, because none of us are perfect. I'm not one to believe that if you have X personality trait or habit, that there isn't a dozen other things that could make you absolutely awesome. I'm far from perfect, so I don't expect you to be either.

First Date
I think that dinner is a great way to meet someone for the first time. A quiet table and good food can only highlight pleasant conversation. Getting a coffee or going for a walk together is also a good way to get to know someone. While i love going to the movies, that's second date material since you don't really get a chance to talk.
