About Me
I'm a computer geek who is rather eccentric at the best of times. While not the most socially adept, I can hold a decent conversation.
I'm 22. I'm bilingual, I work in the public school system, and I am also a self employed IT consultant. I have a general sense of where I'm going in life, but don't have it crafted down to a science. My overall end goal? A career in systems management/administration/integration - something where I can exercise my existing expertise with room to grow.
In terms of social interests and activities, I enjoy hiking, playing badminton, and during the winter, alpine skiing. If you are a gamer, (or can learn/fake some interest), +10 points! I'll be honest, I am definitely socially awkward, but am working on fixing that.
I'm not a raging mad activist, but I do take some interest in politics.
And while I'm not a huge drinker or partier, I do enjoy nights out at pubs with friends. My musical tastes are quite open, leaning more towards modern, alternative, and classic rock, but country is... not at the top of the list.
Outside of Victoria? Don't let that stop you from striking up a conversation - I don't mind a drive for someone who is interesting and intelligent!

First Date
I'm pretty open minded - I'd like to do something fun that would lend itself well to conversation. I'll go for the traditional coffee meet, a lunch/dinner out, or perhaps a more abstract (and arguably juvenile) activity such as mini golf or bowling (hey, they're fun!). If you have any creative/fun ideas, I'll give them a try as long as they're legal :P
