Hey, My name is Tiffany and I'm new to Wilmington, just moved here from Detroit, MI. DEEETRRROOOIITTT!!!
I'm one of those people that's filled with curiousity, I'm always teaching myself something new, meeting interesting characters, and discovering new places. I don't take myself to serious and I make a lot of really bad jokes, follwed with some sarcasm. I enjoy casual hang out sessions, with a casual beer, that end up being ridiculous nights of debauchery.
Currently I work in the film industry as a grip and it's a buttload of fun. Really, buttload. The work in Michigan has dried up a bit this year, that's why I figured I'd check out NC. I'd rather live here then LA or NO, plus livin on the ocean is the life! I'm sure I was meant to be a beach bum.
I have a wide list of activities that I enjoy and it's ever expanding. I started teaching myself guitar in December and I already got a list of awful jams I can play. If you wish to be seduced via neil diamond. I am your woman. I also like reading, yep, I'm a nerd. It's cool, I've already had the nerd intervention and the first step is acceptance, so maybe one day I'll overcome, but probably not. I'm also in the middle of an awesome jigsaw puzzle right now. It's 2 jaguars and a baby jaguar sitting at the edge of a stagnant lake with lilly pads and daffodils. Badass. Disc golf is another one of my hobbies, although I find I don't play as often as I used to, which means I'm not as good as I used to be. I'm sure once the weather is warmer I'll go do that more, I'm kind of a **** about the cold, unless I'm snowboarding. Does drinking count as a hobby? It should. I'm really good at it, and do it often.
I should also add that I am a ****ing animal. If you don't train and push your body to it's limits I'll more than likely lose interest and respect. I train hard, I do tough mudders and plan on doing the worlds toughest mudder at the end of 2013. I run like an animal, lift like an animal, and can pull, push and throw around my own body weight. I have fun with it, but I also take my training very seriously, because if you want to be a champion you have to train like one!
Anyways, now that all that is out of the way. I really am looking for a long term meaningful relationship. Obviously that doesn't just come out of thin air or a dinner at carrabbas.. it takes time and it takes a friendship. I really want to be with someone that I can call my best friend. That I can tell everything too, do everything with, learn from, and teach new things too. I believe that takes time... so if your looking for a quick lay, unless you get me really drunk and take advantage of me, it's probably not going to happen. Another plus is if your living your dream or at least persueing it. Don't give in to the world's greatest lie. Money is nice, but when you die, it means nothing, what is important is doing what you love and making your dreams a reality. When you follow them the whole universe conspires to help you. (By the way, if you can tell me what book I'm quoting YOU should totally message me, because you've read my favorite book EVER) Plus, if you do what you were meant to do, the money will follow. Please, be at least remotely interesting and have things to say, I'm pretty easy going, but sheesh, I've met some boring ****s in my life. Really.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Go for a drunken bike ride through town, hit the beach for a lazy day of picnicing and frisbee, teach me how to surf (I've never even tried!!), show me all the best dive bars in down, check out some local bluegrass bands, go fishing.. the list is long, I love trying new activities and I love having fun. Soo, c'mon!!
