About Me
I'm really good at talking about myself!
After living and working on the other side of the lake for the past few years, meeting some great people and gaining valuable experience, I've finally moved back to Toronto. The job and apartment fell right into place... well... over a 5-month period. Amazing. Here's some background material for your reading pleasure:
I got my undergrad at UofT in architecture + art history. Then I went straight into grad school where I got my master's in urban planning at York. When I finished my thesis, I realised that for the first time in my life, I didn't need to be anywhere specific. I had no obligations. I was free! Having spent six years studying examples of European art, architecture and cities, I moved to London, UK just for kicks. I spent 8 months living and working in London and traveling around western Europe as much as I could afford.
I'm a bit of an artist. When people see my paintings on my walls, they always ask 'Who did those?' ME, dammit. :)
Apparently, I should mention that the phrase 'straight acting' is a bunch of internalized, homophobic BS. And the word 'masculine' has lost all meaning since ALL the gays started using it. Just be yourself. Rock on. :)
I'd love to meet a guy who is smart, into his career, able to form complete sentences and has a great sense of humour. Physically, I like a thin guy, nice smile and wicked style. Mild spice is good. And bonus if I make a few new friends along the way!
