About Me
According to Plenty of Fish, I should write about the following 4 things:
1) Hobbies:
I am currently writing a novel (my third, but I remain unpublished, just to be clear). I am an avid fan of all things Joss Whedon. How that plays out in hobbies is this; I meet with friends and fans, we raise money and we participate in awesome charity work. I read a lot and I love to travel and would say that my biggest hobby is New Orleans. I spend free time on bringing awareness to the need for support, infrastructure and wetlands restoration in greater NOLA.
2.) Goals and Aspirations
Get published. Travel more. Have kids, if it's in the cards. Have lots of quality sex with a quality partner who both enjoys and shares intensity and passion.
3.) What makes me unique
Hmm... I am a vegetarian. I am a geek. I am 4/20 friendly. I am voluptuous. I am multi-talented to the extreme - arts, music, dance, self-expression. I am fiercely independent (one of few reasons why I've remained single). I can mimic instruments. I can whistle Beethoven. I take great snapshots. Is this enough to make me unique???

Here's the spot where you'll judge me or love me... I love all sorts of music. Here is a (random) sampler of what's in heavy rotation on my mp3 player right now: Virgin State of Mind by K's Choice, Gloomy Sunday by Billie Holiday, Willow Weep for Me by Wynton Marsalis, Bad Romance by Lady Gaga, Add It Up by the Violent Femmes, Map of the Problematique by Muse, Honey Pie by the Beatles, Summer Moved On by A-ha... I could go on, and on. Music is very important to me - I am the sort who always has a tune stuck in the brain. I am happy to learn and experience more but have a very short fuse for modern country.
