+ CLICK FOR ADVENTURE + Thanks for stopping by... Let's start with one of my 'favorite' quotes: "The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn." -Alvin Toffler, Future Shock
I was born and raised in Long Beach, and now own a publishing and multimedia company that's based about a mile from the hospital i was born in. As the idiom goes "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree." We specialize in bringing rare and classic books back into print as well as video and dvd production services for events and conferences worldwide.
I enjoy getting out and about and seeing all that the world has to offer, even if it's only in my own backyard. I'm always looking for new areas to explore, physically, spiritually, emotionally and intellectually. I try to question everything, even myself, from time-to-time. I have several 'media projects' in development, including a 'social networking site for videographers' and i'm also in the process of licensing "tens of thousands of hours of video content" from 'legacy collections' throughout the country, and then preparing them for 'digital delivery' and 'new media' opportunities. It's been a fascinating career choice, that's for sure... But still searching for 'the sound of music'...

This multi-faceted high-rise (6ft 3in) suburbanite is available for immediate occupancy. Tastefully adorned with a slightly-mature landscape (circa 1964), but still the kid on the block. Built on solid foundations, though still flexible under pressure, with a lot going on upstairs. Clean-looking and fresh exterior, with all features intact, inside and out. Not bulging at the seams (200 lbs). Interior features include a bright and sunny design, soft and gentle disposition, contemporary views with small eccentric tendencies, and plenty of charm. No baggage in the corner or skeletons in the closet. Views the world through rose-colored glass. Comes complete with fantastic panoramic oceanic and mountainous views. Willing to remodel or relocate for a qualified tenant. In search of a "like-minded" residence (circa 1959-1975) for mutual association, neighborly get-togethers, and possible membership in the homeowner's association. Prime location still available. Call today.

Here's to the Crazy Ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do. -Jack Kerouac (as quoted in a Apple Computer ad)
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I am looking for someone to hang out with locally (in LA Metro, SF Bay Area, NYC and/or Boulder), and/or 'anyone' who might like to join me on 'my little adventure' and who is able to travel freely, both in the U.S. and abroad. --- First dates' could include coffee or tea, lunch, dinner, etc... Outings to the playhouse, theatre, pop concerts are also fun... I am particularly fond of museums and historical sites and/or activities... Two museums in particular, MOCA (contemporary art) and MONA (museum of neon and kinetic art) are my faves in the Los Angeles area. I'm an 'archivist by nature', and so anything having to do with history, preservation, nature, museums, libraries, books, videos, text, or other forms of 'media' is usually of great interest to me, even if from a purely entertaining perspective. Did I mention that I participate in BURNING MAN each year.
I am seeking a like-minded, purpose-driven and "independent thinking" woman, someone who shares my inspiration, enthusiasm and creativity, and who has an innate passion for living and exploring life. If you concur, I would love to hear from you - a world of adventure awaits us!!!
