I am law-school educated (Osgoode Hall), with two LLM degrees(Master of Laws - one in Securities Law, and the other in General Law stream), and an investment banking/risk management professional working in U.S./Canadian capital markets. I also co-host a business radio show focusing on banking laws/securities laws affecting retail investors. I am now completing a third part-time LLM in Corporate Law at the UofT Faculty of Law. I am also involved in community work through corporate board work and chairing a technology committee supporting governance initiatives for a leading science/engineering university reknown worldwide. This allows for some yearly business travel to the Middle-East and New York.
I am a no-nonesense type of man who enjoys sports, working out, and an avid cyclist in the Mediteranean during the hot summer months.
