About Me
It is probably time I updated this thing.
Like most people the idea of meeting people online used to freak me out, but these are modern times and I'm a modern guy. Where do you meet people these days anyways with out feeling like your invading there space or privacy? Really this form seems more sane than meeting in a bar.
Without giving away too much I consider myself intelligent, compassionate, tolerant, loyal, pragmatic and open to all the possibilities life and people have to offer. I don't really have a type or kind of person I'm seeking in particular, but of healthy mind and body would be nice. That said I don't really need to know, or care, how many times a week you workout. I do tend to appreciate those who walk there own road to the fashion/style, I'm so busy, fabulous, object oriented type. Self confidence is great but there does seem to be a lot of narcissism masquerading as self confidence these days. That said chemistry is a strangle fickle bunch of atoms I don't fully understand and ultimately is the decider. Mostly it would be nice to meat someone who I like and who likes me with whom I can get out or stay in which and enjoy ourselves.
I have my things I like to do. I play some sports and run and get semi-serious about it sometimes. I like all the outdoor activities our little corner of the world has to offer but can be a homebody at the same time. If I you share my interest that's great, if not that's fine too. I don't think people need to be exactly the same. Independence seems like a good thing to me.
As I get to know myself better I'm finding out that I may be a bit type A (or A- anyways) personality wise. This has it's ups and downs like anything else. I like people who stand up for themselves are willing to engage in debate and challenge my opinions. I do have a few. I am likely much more on the left side of things that the conservative. I don't really enjoy stress and probably do not function best under it. I try to prepare my self well for most situations and arrange my life so stress can be avoided as much as possible.
I am nowhere near as serious as I am probably sounding. I am quite playful and young at heart with a pretty wicked, cheeky, sarcastic sense of humor. It can be a bit dark at times but it makes me laugh.
