About Me

I'm not exactly sure how to put what I'm looking for right now, i know i would love to find Mr right. But I'm not expecting any immediate relationship. I have a fairly new baby boy in my life so he takes top priority over myself. I don't want to meet someone with the expectation of falling in love right away. These things take time and when either party is too eager to receive something more and want to just skip the "getting-to-know" stage, things end badly. So for starts I'm looking for someone i can get along with, have a first couple dates, see if the mood and atmosphere are right before declaring any kind of status.
I don't believe I'm a shallow person because "my type" isn't always the sculptured, blue eyed, model type of guy. But i do have physical standards. Besides that I'm a church going girl, trying to fix some wrongs in my life. So the bad boy type is out of the question. I do not drink even though I use to be a heavy drinker, this is one of the darker parts of my life. With that said i don't mind men who occasionally drink. But heavy drinking and any drug use are not appealing at all.
-Now that you've got to know the boring side of me here's the funn.
I love to have a good time in many different forms. I can sit around and watch a good movie, hang out with friends and family, or just even go sit in the sun. I'm definitely a summer girl, i never realized how much i love summer until i moved to Prince George and experienced the winters. Mostly i love to camp and go out boating. Walking is my favourite type of exercise so hiking is a great summer activity. I tend to be a materialistic girl, not in the aspect where i expect men to buy me things. Even though that can be a very nice gesture. But in the aspect where the money i get doesn't go to stupid things. I like my home to look nice, there for i buy nice things. But i am a bargain shopper. I don't get out much any more due to the baby and not having a car, so t.v, and movies tend to be my biggest hobbies.
With all that said I do think I'm a pretty easy going person. I live by my own motto that i don't care who does it or how it gets done as long as it gets done. I try my hardest to keep a clean home, but I'm no clean freak. I also believe that a good hygiene is very important.

First Date
Really i hate first dates. they're over rated and very uncomfortable. I'm sure no matter what we did or where we went it would be awkward. I think that being taken out for dinner or lunch is probably best for the first couple dates. Coffee and a walk is my favourite for a first meeting though.
-But since i am a girl i do have a soft spot for romance so here's what i would like for a special date after things have progressed in the relationship and we're ready for romance...
The sky fascinates me as well do large bodies of water. So a creative date involving the sky and or the lake/ocean would be amazing for me.
I don't feel that i am very hard to please. But hopefully ill give a little bit of a challenge.
