Jack Sprat could eat no fat !!
I seek a woman of substance and depth; one who's intense, affectionate, witty & playful.
Can you stimulate my mind, my heart & my senses?
Are you a lady who is engaging intellectually, emotionally & can provoke that spark in my eyes & warmth in my heart?
Hi! I'm Jack. I'm Jewish, almost 70, 5'9", 121 lbs. I live on the NY-PA-NJ border.
I'm a divorced, retired former auditor. I find I'm constantly learning, yet I'm foot-loose and fancy free
and even talk to strangers. ~~~ Will you be my stranger no more?
My son is over 30. I miss him. I was his custodial parent. They grow up so quickly. Don't you agree?
Now they made me a Grandfather. Twice! Yippee!!
My interests are varied: I love humor, like to read, cook, eat and I make my own tuna and salmon sushi.
I love the culinary arts and enjoy creating dishes. I eat healthy and try to get more organic food. I enjoy traveling, meeting people, and making new friends.
I research Fluorescent and Phosphorescent Minerals.
I'm a sensitive person - I still cry when I watch 'E.T.' I'm fond of PBS. I enjoyed: "The West Wing" and "M*A*S*H."
I listen to NPR: love the humor on "Car Talk" & also enjoy going to museums.
I read mostly novels and some non fiction. I love to learn and then teach others.
I prefer to be well rounded, so I try to keep up with what is going on in this wonderful, yet 'mashuganah' world.
I'm extremely romantic: a quiet walk in the woods [where peace reigns supreme], holding hands, picking flowers, baths for two and cuddling. I'm always open to new ideas and fun. I play guitar [fool around on keyboard], like folk music, classical and others.
I like to dance...ballroom too- and to play "rabbi" and help others.
I'm searching for an educated amorous lady ... so we can devote attention to each other... in this our best years!
... ARE YOU READY ?? ...
I'd like someone who is cultured, and lights up the room upon entrance.... Oh, and humor would be great too!!
Do you have the time to titillate my fervent, imaginative mind?
Enjoy my poem:: Inspired Breeze
I'm the warm breeze you feel on your thighs
as you walk to your favorite private beach.
The elusive shadow you try to arrange upon the darkened blue wall.
You know I'm there... every waking moment of the day.
I'm the gentle hug; the smile that greets you as you arrive
in glorious splendor paddling to dreamland most nights!
I'm the throes of passion that you cry out for...
so, so many times... tears of joy and painful memories – Be gone!
I'm the last lingering passionate kiss you feel upon your lips.
We awaken to the bright orange planet... streaming like a shaft, with lint, gentle window.
I'm sometimes with you in your dreams, both night and light.
I'm that warm _fuzzy_ feeling that you can or won’t describe...
Who makes your blighted eyes light up with joy?
I bring a smile to your lips, sans lipstick, Thankyouverymuch.
That magical charm you feel deep within your natural inner self.
I've been with you. Never are we alone...
At your first heartbreak... I was
that sad wet tear drop that rolled down your soft skin.
Come, thrust up with me at last. Again. And Again. For even now
I am ever in your grey cells, the Seventh Shadow from long ago...
I'm the passion and I’m the desires which burn within.
The seethings that are inspired
with each passing day to guide you
to my world of happiness, peace and contentment...
My loving arms are about to embrace you.
All the ghosts of former lovers will be forgotten and sweet nothings will flow together
within the swaying of your breast --- as we become whole; complete.
Wonderful Lovers ... We Hold Hands and become BEST FRIENDS !

Hugs... ...... // Jack //
Here is a very talented poet I came across who jangles my fancy.
It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living.
I want to know what you ache for
and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
It doesn’t interest me how old you are.
I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool
for your dream
for the adventure of being alive.
It doesn’t interest me what planets are squaring your moon...
I want to know if you have touched the centre of your own sorrow
if you have been opened by life’s betrayals
or have become shrivelled and closed
from fear of further pain.
I want to know if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it
or fade it
or fix it.
I want to know if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes
without cautioning us
to be careful
to be realistic
to remember the limitations of being human.
It doesn’t interest me if the story you are telling me
I want to know if you can
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.
I want to know if you can see Beauty
even when it is not pretty
And if you can source your own life
from its presence.
I want to know if you can live with failure
yours and mine
and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
It doesn’t interest me
to know where you live or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after the night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone
and do what needs to be done
to feed the children.
It doesn’t interest me who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand
in the centre of the fire
and not shrink back.
It doesn’t interest me where or what or with whom
you have studied.
I want to know what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away.
I want to know if you can be alone
and if you truly like the company you keep
in the empty moments.

I'm certain we would mutually be able to agree on something light, breezy and fun.
Our perfect first date would evolve from stimulating "conversation" online and advance swiftly to the phone.
(Voices reveal so much about a person, don't you think?)
We would get very well acquainted and by the time we arranged that first date,
there would be an innate connection and a spark that is already in place ---and a strong desire to meet and who knows?
I've always believed that a "person we don't know" is simply a future friend.
A poem, used with permission::
LISTEN TO THE WIND
..Every now and then
Someone touches us in a positive way,
And when they do,
Everything looks just a little brighter,
And sounds a little sweeter.
..It's as though
There is an orchestra playing
Within the soul.
..To hear the song of the soul
Is to feel the presence of the divine -
Even in the mundane.
..To experience this once a day
For even a minute,
Is a life well lived.
..It is this minute -
..Each and every day -
..For which 'WE' strive.
It's all about Joy.
The rest is just 'bullship'

A poem that I wrote: "Hope - A quick poem "
When frustration rears its pretty head,
To think that all my hopes aren't dead.
When no one looks or sees or hears -
I want someone who's heart is dear.
As night becomes another day -
She listens to the words I pray.
With words unspoken, not a sound -
It's great to know that you're around.
With kindness in the words and sounds.
To help me strip away my " low " --
-- As time goes bye -- will feelings grow?
To answer this, we do not know -
As life changes, they must, they must.
Will platinum hearts begin to trust or rust?
Time knows -- and will not utter word -
And that's what makes our life absurd!
The sun goes down, the stars will shine,
Do we really know if you'll be mine?
As days go by - I know for sure -
We never really know what happens LORD --
I just pray it's not A Blur!!

Who I want to meet here: Someone special to love.
Secret talents that I have: I enjoy writing, but I'm a slow, one fingered typist.
Ergo--- I prefer a phone conversation. There is so much more meaning in the inflection of your voice.
About my 'secret' talents... Should I keep them secret?? ---
Well, - - - if I told you everything here, then they wouldn't be secret.
Now would they? I might --- tell you on the phone.
