About Me
Doing some upgrading so I can apply for Master's in political studies for fall 2012. My religious views are kind of complicated. I grew up Mennonite (but don't drive a horse and buggy) and still practice many things that are Mennonite (eg- pacifism) but I'm also agnostic. So you could call me an agnostic Christian. It exists. Look it up. I like to run, lift weights and bike to keep in shape and freakin love sushi.
I'm a generous person, and want to meet someone with the same generous spirit. I like dogs but am really allergic to cats.
Music - Arcade Fire, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, Wolf Parade, Mozart, Chopin, Louis Armstrong, Beastie Boys.
Books- political biographies about people like Tommy Douglas, Ted Kennedy, etc. Oh and U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders is my new hero.
Tv shows - Dexter, The Office, Flight of the Conchords, The Walking Dead, True Blood
Movies - Braveheart(partly now because it was pre-crazy Mel Gibson), Heat, Zombieland, Office Space, The Godfather trilogy, As Good As It Gets, Gandhi, The Thin Red Line and anything by Terence Malick.
Things I want to do:
Buy a ultralight airplane and learn how to fly it
Go sailing in southern France
Run the Boston marathon
Learn how to scuba dive
Become fluent in French
