About Me
I signed-up here about 5 years ago after getting out of a bad relationship. And I gotta say I've had more problems with every girl on here never paying the slightest bit of attention to me than I ever did with the girl who pretended to sleep with her boss in order to trick me into fighting him over her.
Look, I'm not 19-23 anymore. I live in the real world and I have a life. But because I don't get to meet women everyday I thought maybe I could meet some similar-minded ones on here. And since I've never done online dating before and I wanted to make sure I went out of my way to present myself in the best way possible. I used only flattering-but-realistic pictures of myself, I wrote a very sincere and optimistic profile, I answered every quiz well as I could.
Then I started sending messages to girls whose profiles I liked. And I sent them to A LOT of girls. At least 5 different girls a day. I would read their profiles and try to comment on things they were interested in, or where they came from or where they said they worked. A lot of these were to show that 'Yeah, I am interested in getting to know you. We seem to have a lot in common."
(And believe me that's hard to do because a lot of the women on here only talk about how much they hate getting pictures of guys wearing Ed Hardy shirts or messages that begin with "Hey.")
Anyway, I got MAYBE three responses in my last two years on here, and those girls never replied or followed-uped. I don't know what it was, but the girls on here are either all searching for "Mr. Perfect" or something about me was scaring them off. To this day I have no idea what it was.
So screw this. From now on I'm only dating women I meet in the real world. Plentyoffish sucks.
